Obama wins and history is made. I never thought that within my lifetime I would ever see the racial barriers in the White House broken or a woman as president. This year we did one and came close to the other. I was certain that I had a better chance to see a colony on the moon before an African American president.
Bush has seen the lowest President approval ratings. Even Nixon's ratings during the Watergate scandal weren't as low. For some time now it has appeared as if money or the Corporation has been the the way of the rule. People have demanded change and Obama-Biden have been chosen to bring it. During this economic and energy crisis plus the endless war, I say bring it.
